Privacy policy

PRIMSetu ("we") runs primsetu.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

We do not collect PAN, bank details or investment holdings.

How we use it

Only for the purpose you gave it for: running your account, sending the newsletter if you opted in, verifying claims, and improving PRIMSetu. We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with portfolio managers or anyone else without your explicit consent.

Where it is stored

On Supabase servers in Mumbai, India, and with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting and email delivery) under contract.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, and up to 12 months after you ask us to delete it where we need records to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from Your account, or by writing to hello@primsetu.com. You can withdraw consent to emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
