What PRIMSetu is
An independent information service about SEBI's PRIM route, the portfolio manager regulations and related topics. PRIMSetu is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or distributor, and is not affiliated with SEBI.
No advice
Nothing on PRIMSetu is investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, scheme or service, or to appoint any portfolio manager. Tools give indicative results from the inputs you enter and published rules; check them with a qualified professional before acting.
Directory
The directory is compiled from SEBI's public register and from information firms provide when they claim a listing. Listings are not endorsements. Firms that claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy of what they add and for complying with SEBI's rules on advertisements. We may edit or remove content that is inaccurate or misleading.
Accounts
Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in to PRIMSetu as you. Do not claim a firm you are not authorised to act for.
Accuracy
We work to keep content accurate and current, but regulations change. Always check the source documents we link to.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PRIMSetu is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
